I'm starting up a linkbuilding business but I'm a bit lost at how much to charge. Client wants whitehat only links, what is the typical rate for this? I'm not buying links from anyone. Let's assume that the guest post is taken care of.

is 80-100 per link a fair price? It's hard to know what to charge..

80-100 rubles ? ;)
If you are talking about dollars, then you should have some really impressive links for that..

To sum everything up,it's about the quality, top notch quality links have the best price, but it's extremelly hard to have/find such.
The price takes in consideration the results, so you can ask yourself(as your client will) "is this link bringing enough results to justify this price?"

Outreach guest post link is also not a whitehat link.

So what is a whitehat link?

It's more grey area, no?

I would define whitehat link as not being paid for directly..

I think I'm going to go ahead and say that it's going to be $100 per link. I am seeing that similar services charge 5000 for the same results.

If the client gives you regular guest post link work, then I would say charge between 15 $ to 40$ per link. 100$ per link I think is overpriced if client gives you regular link work

Only you can tell us we don't even know what links you will be providing...

$15-$40 is not even enough to pay for a decent article.
Just a good article will be over $100.
