By Storage VPS you mean just a backup server ? Or storage for streaming etc ?
If you just need a backup storage server you can take a look at our linux SSD packages and select one depending on the storage you need.

Nope, i work with big data, i need a server that can hold my data download and editing that is what i need it for. nothing big deal.

You can upload download files on rdp, but you can not share them dorectly from rdp.

i dont think one server would be enough to deploy that number of VPS’s, considering the fact that you will need at least 1-2 cores and at least 2-4 GB of RAM per VPS and that depends on what you want to use the VPS for.
