I Always use google ads on an unlisted video to gain subscribers. But you must target the right people and make sure you have the best ad. I've probably re made my ad like 10 times. But its worth it in the end.
I'm gonna start experimenting with ads from other sites but on another channel and see what results I get.

Yeah it can definitely be worth it if you have good content and a good ad to present that.

I pretty much don't rank on search much at all. Almost all of my views come from the homepage and suggestions (95%+).

I have YT channel with about 5 Automobile videos of off-road. Then I have started Meditation video and Digital Marketing Video. All of sudden, one of my Automobile video got Viral and reach 800K+ views within a 15 days and gain about 1k+ subscriber. Now I am confused, in Which niche I should continue this Channel.

Automobile as that's where most of your new subscribers came from. Try to make a similar video to the one that went viral.

Have you tried going live? Did you get Good viewers? Since I also have good view count, but whenever I go live with the same niche video that I am targeting, I dont get a single view.

I'm following a YT creator with the same path as yours. He first created some "meme animations". Of course, people loved it even if the animation is crappy.

He reached a million subs and now he is also doing some game steaming.

Btw, just wanted to ask. Do you know a good program to start with 2D animation?

I occasionally stream but not too much since it seems to have a negative effect on views. I get a pretty good number of viewers around 150-300. I think I get a decent number of viewers because my content is gaming now and I have a pretty decent sized community on Discord.

Is this number of livestream viewers? Or actual views on YouTube? If you're getting that on your videos then your content is either not compelling enough to your subscribers or your subs are unfortunately dead.
