[Research] - Ordering Pizza/Sushi - HOW?

Cant remember the last time I rang up and placed an order.
I think it’s so much easier to do online, get to see all the menu, change your mind at the last moment, less mistakes.

I used to call them, but after many failures to deliver the order with proper ingredients I moved into making orders online. This way when I ask them every time did they put in this and that I get to see them be embarrassed.

Like my dudes, you couldn't even read the screen. Well, one time I actually heard them say they didn't scroll down enough.

Well, it's young guys and it's a small place with little competition and I like them more than the other pizza place so I'll keep on ordering, but any bigger place that wouldn't roll.

Uber but eating outside is slowly reducing because the food too carries emotions

BHW'ers shouldn't be your test audience. Since we're mostly super computer literate. Usually if it's a new place or need to look at the menu I'll go to their website. If there's an easy way to order from there then I'll do that. If not I'll call.

I have social anxiety. If I can’t order online, I’ll find a different place. Or I’ll make my girl call. She weirdly doesn’t mind talking to people.
