Yes I know this but there is no real way to get campaigns live other than creating a real legitimate looking site (aged and with some backlinks) and then using a cloaker to redirect the traffic when the campaign is live. I never said he needed a cloaker to get the campaign live. If you have a method of getting blackhat campaigns live without needing a legitimate looking site please tell us.

It simple, buy domain, scrape site and upload. Its what all BH ad guys do. If u monitor right niches u can see brand new and same day registered domains live every day. Backlinks and domain age means nothing for adwords (its not SEO).
