If you´re looking for paid versions, then I don´t think you´ll find a better option than DeepCrawl.

On the other hand, if you want to dive into the technical SEO world, there´s a great paid tool called Sitebulb that is not as pricey as all the other ones and it´s insanely easy to use. Also, it auto-generate some of the most amazing white-label reports you can find of any tool.

Also, the pro license, it takes into account over 300 factors and prioritizes them into Critical, High, Medium, and Low. It also provides a 5th label called "Insights" which is basically an improvement opportunity.

Screaming Frog is good for small sites as its free version serves small sites. Big sites like ecommerce needs its paid version. I personally recommend screaming frog. Using it from past 8 years now I am addicted.
