Every social network will eventually fail, even Facebook (which is already declining), Instagram and Tik Tok.
MySpace and MSN were super popular back in the good old days, but people gradually stopped using them. It's natural.
So, it's not a matter of whether Clubhouse is going to fail or not, but more a matter of when.

Facebook is already declining, at least in my country. A lot of people stopped using it or even deleted their accounts. Most young people don't care about Facebook at all and kids don't even know what it is, they are all on Tik Tok and some on Instagram, but even Instagram is slightly declining in favor of Tik Tok. I'd say Facebook will last no more than 10 years from now. You heard me. We'll talk about it in 2031 and see if I was right.

good take, imo ch will also fail because the admins cooperate with many scammers like grant cardone for example. Problem is the platform attracts tech ppl much like reddit audience who are not as gullible as the average internet using moron (think facebook) so when more and more of the scammers are exposed and the people exposing them get banned word will get around

Clubhause is a discord for older generations and IT people, it will occupy its niche, but I think it will never be very popular

this is not true there are more "smash or pass" rooms than tech rooms by far
