Go from 5th Position to Top 3

Hey BHW,
I'm looking for some insight. If you have a blog ranking currently in 5th position and you're making some sales.
What would you guys to boost your position to 3rd, 2nd and 1st for your target keyword/s. I'm looking for some white had methods/services.
Can anyone make some suggestions?

There are no whitehat services that could place you on the first page just like that and without buying any links

One in my mind is HARO - it's not blackhat and @t0mmy has this service here.

HARO now is full of big companies bid competing for articles...if you sign up you ain't never gonna see shit in the way of new article requests because they are going to agencies before they hit the floor for freebies...just gotta create more awesome great content that will get all the wetsites wanting to share your site with their "users"..yea they do that like they also want you to take all the money out of their wallet and sleep with their sister to...you know...its all about your site speed and how awesome your great content is...an yes this is dripping with something and its not the truth...

Check if top 3 websites offer "better user experience" than u. If not- fix it.
Put some content on ur website that talks about "different possible longtails" of that particular keyword.
Do some very good links such as guest posts. If I be u- I will make sure to do only 2-3 new links max.
There is a service on bhw that searches ur keyword and then clicks on ur url from many ips.
Buy that service.

id like to know what better user experience means...i think that's a bs term that is used to make excuses for why some sites with the same architecture outrank other sites....i mean how badly do most sites scew that up i arely see it, except for annoying pop ups and those sites are crushing it...
