How to comment on Squarespace blog that doesn't have comment box enabled?

There's this very specific blog I want to post a comment on. There have been comments as recent as 2 months ago on the blog that include links to random websites so I know the owner doesn't check.

However, there is no comment box and whenver I hit "reply" nothing happens. I think the people that commented used a bot or something to put their link there. I know it's no-follow but I really want this backlink lol.

How do I get my comment on that site? It's Squarespace and their comment box/reply function is not working but others are able to get their comments on.

Do you have an Adblock addon on your browser? If so, try disabling it.
Sometimes, it blocks random pieces of Javascript that ruin such functionalities.

I checked two months ago before they had some of these comments and the comments still didn't work. The most recent were 2 months ago...

I tried removing adblock and trying Firefox both regular and private. Neither worked unfortunately

If this all is true above, then the comments are likely turned off. Why do you think otherwise?

Have a look at right corner of the Squarespace blog.

Leave the square space and get some new platform where you can post comment with Link
