So I bought an apartment which was supposed to be ready by the end of last year. It's still not ready, but it's almost done.
Today I went to see it, and it's all good, except there some glue or scratch on the front door. And it's only on my door, all the other doors on the same floor are fine.
So I send a message to the developer, the person who sold me the apartment, and I tell him about it. He tells me he's skying, and gives me the number of the main worker who works on the building site, and tells me to tell him about it.
And so I'm kinda pissed. I didn't pay $60,000 fucking dollars to be calling anyone. I'm busy too motherfucker! If I wanted to call fucking construction workers I'd build a house, or buy an old apartment and fix it up.
So do I call the worker guy and deal with it, or do I tell the developer that it's not my job to do that, and he should take care of it?

You pay me = I work
I pay you = You work
That's how things are supposed to work. Those two should not overlap.
It's like say you buy an article from a top writer, and then you ask for a revision, and he gives you the email of his editor and tells you to contact him so he can fix it. Doesn't it make your fucking blood boil?
I'm pissed man!
Exactly like @Georgi said. Hope you have some deadline in your contract, and some quality milestones. Just stumble something related, when the buyer (like you), enforced the seller with a lawyer because the seller started to delay the working so the measures were taken and he did the work but not before doing some shitty claims. So, it's in vain if you call him and tell him that's his job cause he will not giving a flying *** about you and your apartment. Prepare for the worst, expect for the best.If the final contract isn't ready .. then do nothing for now.
Wait until all is ready, check if there's anything broken, scratched or something, and give them the list before the final sign..
But listen an advice from a guy, who got his apartment finished some months ago .. Prepare for a lot of things like this before you enter your apartment. Just don't rush, drink some whiskey and think about it calmly how to resolve it.
Dudeee... just hire someone to fix it.So I bought an apartment which was supposed to be ready by the end of last year. It's still not ready, but it's almost done.

None of this methods bhw is suggesting you is gonna workI can't chill. This isn't right.
Now you came to flame the guy here, so you made a pussy move for sure. It's because you're gamma male, not alpha, not beta.
Gamma is nothing bad, it is similar to alpha, just even better at some occasions, but not this one (in your case)
Yeah... I don't live in a very well organized country. I could sue someone, and the case could last for 10-20 years. Maybe not, maybe yes.
But this door thing isn't something to sue over. It's just the principle.
My customers pay me, I work. I save money. I pay you, you work.
But you don't have me do any work on what I paid you to do! You can't do that! You son of a bitch!
Nice. I wanted to live alone for the rest of my life but now I might change my mind...I think I found "the one". Real alpha man, that's something! If you are not available at least I will have wet dreams tonight.
Seriously your comment was unnecessary.
faggy fucking skiing or whatever
By the way, if you are free female just send me PM (I am very available)
