It didn't get indexed within 3 minutes. You can set custom date and time to appear like that in search result. I've tried that.

There is nothing New. It all depends on Domain Authority. I see your post in BHW also Indexed in Google within few hours.

This is nothing new, I can do something similar by using social media sites like Twitter and Reddit. No I am not talking about using them as a parasite either.

Nowadays, It's really difficult to index immediately, Because of various factors of Search engine.

But, the quality of links helps to fast up the time of the index.
