I wanna try buying 4000 hr views and 1000 sub to monetize my channel.

The thing is,
is that ok to buy USA subs and views for non USA channel?

it it still working and can be approved monetization?

don't apply with 2 videos with 4k hours and 1000 subs

depending on the panel some of them can provide the subs and the watch hours either spread out or targeted.
most advices here are on point, have a bunch of videos, that have spread views and watchtime,
overall the country does not matter in this step and it will not affect you

If it's your first time doing this better do it carefully just like making a new channel and uploading the normal way, takes time but surely you will approve. Remember you will spend more than $100 for subs and 4k watch hour. Sometimes it's better to buy a monetized channel from a trusted seller than to make one if you're in a hurry.
