This is NOT a new tax it's only applicable if you don't provide tax info.
If your us resident or citizen nothing changes, if ur a foreigner if your country has a tax treaty you just deduct that from your taxes.
Anyway just my opinion, don't go on a forum for tax advise
It's clearly written, if you don't provide your country's tax information, you will pay 24%, in some counties it might by 18% or 21%. If you don't provide nformation they will put you on 24%.
