Xhamster allows intros and watermarks, but i have a feeling that traffic from them does not converts. Xvideos works best.

There are good large tube sites where it is good to send videos, but also smaller niched niche tube sites are very good. When you upload, create your own DB according niche to which you are uploading.

Sure but there is the need of a do-follow/no-follow mix to be able to rank. Also, even if some links are no-follow, you can still get direct traffic from them and also brand mentions if you use brand kw's in the text.
