I deleted the 'noindex' tag and resubmitted it to Google. It has been a week and nothing has improved

Add little more fresh content.
Update the sitemap.
Submit the sitemap in Google search console.

Use Ping engines.

As you've removed the rag, there shouldn't be any issue. Build some backlinks and index them and you will see the site indexed again soon.
