i do not have any preference as per say i am just looking to get to legitimate people who provide the services they say they do and get my sites ranking.

Guest posting is I think best way right now to rank your website. I think you can get someone here. I was giving this service myself. But not providing it now. You can find someone from BHW. I have seen people selling here.

There's a simple rule you should remember: You get what you've paid for.
Before you apply those backlinks on your money site, do a test for a secondary website (you should wait around 1-2 months to see what happen).

You can also use freelancer.com , but actually all of these service providers will say that "you need to wait for the results" , and there is not an end point for this waiting period.

Most of the people doing SEO will not tell you which services are providing the results. The best bet would be testing different services on your own and seeing which are the ones that are moving the needle.
You shouldn't trust even reviews in the digital marketing space as it's very easy to skew them. Especially in marketplaces such as Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, or SEOClerks... After all, that's what we do for a living lol. Getting fake reviews in order to increase our sales.
However, reviews on BHW are maintained by the staff and it's much easier to spot the fake from the real ones by checking the profile of the user.

I found one guy in PPH a few months ago. He was selling some PBN shit. Later we engaged in long term business and I'm still using his PBN and other link packges. Although I mainly use his service for tier-2/3 links.

We wouldn't advisе you to use this freelance platform, because it does not protect you from scammers, we lost a huge amount of money and PeopleperHour ignored our problem, not returning the money and at the same time deleting the account.
