EBAY : HOW TO GET PAID ///?

Hello everyone,

I sold a serial code on ebay, I sent it by message but I have big problems, it's been more than 3 weeks and I still do not have my payment on my account, it is pending on ebay, I don't understand how to do it.
to validate the delivery, on ebay we see that the package is in the process of shipping ... I have big problems with the shipping knowing that the latter is just by message (electronic) how to get paid in this case and how to configure the payment part so as not to have this kind of problem anymore, and to be paid immediately once the code is sent by message? How can I ensure that as soon as I send the article by internet I immediately receive payment?
I also have the same problem with kaspersky keys ... suddenly I give them the key and I never receive payment ... I searched by all means to validate the delivery but I did not find it.

Did you mark the item as shipped after you sent the code?

Mark it as shipped, digital good on paypal and mark shipped on ebay too

Yes but, i can't mark it as received when buyer receive item ...so how to have money without confirmation ?

And how to avoid fee ? Everytime I sell something 10$ I paye 3$ fee ! It's lot
