You need to buy Hrumer , and you will get Xevil for free. But you need to pay 400 RUB per month for using Xevil + inf you want the last version (Xevil 5.0) you need to pay 2y for Xevil. That`s 400x24 = 9600 RUB (120$?)

I would recommend Xevil man, I use it since a while, and I'm totally hyped by that tool I save so much money, that I can invest into indexers & content instead.
