Incentivised Email Submits on Movie Sites. Allowed?

Hey guys,

I know a popular blackhat technique for getting email submit conversions is to use a gateway which means the user has to fill out an incentivised (or non incentivised) email submit offer to access material.

What I was unsure about however is if CPA companies ar OK with you using incentivised email submits on sites which have copyright material on them. Best example of what I mean would be films and tv show sites who link to or embed thevideos illegally.

I know the CPA companies can be kept in the dark by rotating offers and spoofing/blanking referrer etc but I'm just unsure as to whether actual incentivisable offers are allowed to be used on these sites in a BHCB/WPG type gateway or not.

I would ask one of my AM's but don't want them getting a bad impression of me if it isn't allowed

If the offer itself is an incentivized one then I dont see why you cant use what you asked for.

Yeah this was what I was assuming too.

If anyone can tell me for definite if this is the case that would be great. there must be quite a lot of you guys doing this method.

Nobody know this for sure? I thought there were a lot of people on here who used this exact method.

The Offer Should Tell You If It's Aloud In Your Advertising Panel. Most of the time though, email/zip submits are not aloud to be incentivised so the only way would be using BHCB are hiding referral.

I use this exact method with Cpa Lead and with Adscendmedia and have had no problems. Gotten paid 4 times

Yeah I have also used adsend media and cpale.ad in the past too.

However, I'm simply wondering if CPA networks (the likes of hydra, cx digital, clickbooth and the other hundreds out there) allow you to openly use their incentivised email/zip submits on sites such as TV and movie sites which obviously have copyrighted material on them. Also want to know if they are also happy for the likes of blackhat code breaker and wp gateway in thsi fashion?

There is a lot of people who do it, surely one person can come forward and say yeah, it's definitely allowed or no, i hide/spoof my referrer because CPA networks forbid this.

There wouldn't be anything wrong with speaking to your AM and asking for some ideas or what others are having success with. Then you could say your having a lot of success with CPA lead with a movie download and do they allow that also in their network. If they allow it you're good to go. Then ask them if they have a script you could use, if not you can always use wp guardian.
