RankerX - WHICH TYPE OF LINK?

I see that RankerX has multiple types of link that you can build.

Which option do you guys use (ie blogs, social bookmarking, directory or something else) to build links with?

personally, i think the web 2.0 blogs are the best ones to spend any money for,
with some good content and good indexing, they can take a good place within tier 2 links

I never expected results from these links. Just diverting backlinks.
