Video Edit APP

hey guys.

I was wondering if there was an app that i can get on my phone that i can import album art and audio and i can edit the album art to make it bounce in time with the beat/music over the top.

I currently use inshot but that just has a generic glitch effect. I want something that bounces intime with the audio

There is an app called "BeatSync" that will do what you want. not sure if the app can import songs as well.

Abode Premiere Rush, KineMaster those both will be good to use. Why can't you prefer it

You're looking for an Audio Reactor or Audio Visualizer both of which are a bit hard to find as an app.
A friend of mine used to manually cut where the Kick hits then add a quick transition (so it looks like its jumping to the beat)
So you will need to spend about 15 minutes doing cuts for one 3 minute track.
Otherwise, hop on the PC and download After Effects!
