Yeah, but they ship it if you want temporary card instant
Try Chime Bank but it's quite hard to open if you don't have residential proxy and SSN DOB, Job Title and Income per year

I dont know if this is what you are looking for but you can sign up for a wise account (transferwise) and open up a us account that way.

I've done so for both a UK and US account before.

any one with a random SSN can open a bank account there and do all kind of stuff?
