Community Post Algorithm

Does anybody have insight on how the number of impressions for this algorithm works? I know that it is first shown to your subscribers and that's where the initial votes etc come from, but what effects how many random people it's shown to? I've had community posts reach thousands of people who have never seen my videos. Also I know that some smm panels are offering likes for community posts; would this do anything?

I've gotten it shown to people who have never seen any of my videos before.

Community posts seem to rank a bit easier based on upvotes. But the problem is if you get lots of subs randomly out of this, would it do anything if those subs aren't gonna watch fresh uploads? I guess maybe it's good for promoting channel with upvotes but idk if it will benefit having extra subs who will likely do nothing afterwards.

Community posts get traffic, but not community posts where you share your videos, in my experience.

Likes don't do shit. Trust me. Community post work but don't expect miracles. And unfortunately, we cannot see how many impressions our posts have.

I've gotten it shown to people who have never seen any of my videos before.

Not at all possible, I knew someone made a viral video about community post shown to ppl by using viral keywords but it never work like that without any previous interaction with channel it won't shown to new ppl

Then why did my post get 12,000 votes when I have a new and relatively small channel. Most of the comments are people asking why they got this in their feed.

Possibly there must be some kind of interaction happened before with your channel
You may have one or few viral videos
One or few of your videos have lot of likes,comments
One or few of video have high CTR

happened to me aswell.
it don't have to be people that interacted with ur channel.
it can be people who interacted with similar content.

i had people asking me too why is this recommended to them.
they never interacted with my channel before

I fully agree with you. My stats are usually not stable, but I have seen good results with some of my posts.

subs do not matter.
there are people who have watched someone elses videos in similar niche, it got recommended to them.
there are channels i never interacted with, i got their community posts recommended to me .
