Find a local AA or NA meeting. It has saved several of my loved ones and is revered as one of the most successful rehabilitative programs by prominent doctors and physicians. Remember that the opposite of addiction is connection. Remove other users from your life and surround yourself with fellows who are on a path to bettering themselves, same as you. Sad to have seen your thread a couple months back how you loved drugs and specifically talked about Adderall. I think I even told you then you should quite while you still can, the same thing stands now.

Like others are saying; better check yourself into rehab immediately.

I've seen people be completely destroyed by heroin mate. If there are support structures and programs where you live that will actually help you with suboxone/subutex get onto it asap. It's better to be taking sub or methadone than H.

Many places have really shitty support systems for heroin addicts though, and if that's the case then do what Deleted member 923340 said and start getting advice from others on r/opiatesrecovery asap. It's too hard for people addicted to heroin to do it on their own.

You know yourself that the longer you go without doing it, the worse it will get man. You'll have to do it at some point, so why wait until something really fucking bad happens if you can do it now.
