Advertising account blocked? does it have options to upload documents? you can get it back uploading documents.

I bought some on the black market and used it. but it still died quickly

You have to use the same proxy that the account was created with. This why you are getting banned.

I have verified its identity. and appealed but FB replied banning it permanently even though I have not done anything with it
