hey guys if you are in india and involved in crypto so you must know that a bill is gonna pass soon
about the crypto ban in india,what are things you are doing about the stuck money you have
in crypto.
also what are the other things that are in your mind?

Seriously? How will they govt know that you have crypto? Can you tell me that please? They will only know when you withdraw that some amount of money is in your account and you need to explain them how. As long as you know how to handle the withdrawals, you are all good. You are not going to prison for buying crypto unless you have no idea what you are doing.

It's an ugly decision, but I believe the government is trying to come up with a framework of policies. They will first ban everything, and then they will allow some of the things.

Nothing stops you from taking crypto payment for your work though. The government has no way to find that out lol.

Who is forcing you to use Indian exchanges? Also, just because your KYC is there in the exchange, it doesnt mean the exchange should hand over client data to Indian Govt, unless they are under Indian laws.

As @Repulsor mentioned "unless you have no idea what you are doing" - it looks like the case. When you receive crypto, use international wallet like blockchain, coinbase etc to receive funds. No one is going to stop you from receiving crypto.

Regarding withdrawal, go to localbitcoins and find someone who is willing to exchange crypto with cash nearby you. Easy as pie.

There are always way out if you are willing to explore them.

Government wants control so the "experiments" they allow will be any experiments that contribute towards building the Indian nation crypto. Anything competing with that they don't control, not so much.

Last thing any country wants to do in 2021 is ban crypto, doesn't look good for the government in the eyes of other countries and not fair on Indian people.

There will be blackmarket crypto trading still though of course.

You can always get around such a ban when dealing in crypto. A ban would make life harder, but they cant ban crypto.
