Paxful and localbitcoins let you buy bitcoins with paypal, it's a p2p trade, but becareful of scammers, if you made the payment(they always ask to send as family and friends) never cancel if a seller asks you to, because once you pay and cancel you will never get your money back or bitcoins, just pay and wait if the seller don't release of the bitcoins then open a dispute and the support will get them to you, it's not fun buying bitcoins with paypal p2p, most of the sellers are scammers from Kenya,they may use a vpn to change their Ip make it look they are from other countries on their accounts but most are from Kenya, good luck.
