Looking for premium digital marketers to sell leads with

Hey, head of a digital organization here, recently i've came across an industry that has an intense amount of potential with extremely high profit margins, and very little competition. I personally have a great idea of how we could build a funnel for these guys and sell them leads at a decent price and bring in plenty of recurring customers.

I have the lead flow, the sales team, and the marketing team to bring clients in, I just want to work with someone who is willing to work on this along side and receive a commission per sale for just the up-keep and the integrity of our funnels.
