Yes one can do that but Nicehash and Betterhash is easy for the one's who just dont want to get involved in miners a lot.
They just want a GUI software and make some money when pc is idle.

I don't think its a good option to use our real PC To use for mining !

I wouldn't use any middleman in crypto mining, it's already resources-consuming, and you have to split with someone else while only using your own hardware. If anybody interested in mining I'd suggest, setting up ur own mining ring.
