How can i find the right keywords for my videos? + should I use the same keywords for all my videos?

You can use the same keywords for your videos, there are no negative effects

Hashtag and tag are two different things in yt
keyword research using youtube autocomplete or vidiq keywordtool or tubebuddy keyword explorer
For tags use keywords with 3 to 4 word phrase
For hashtags use trending keywords
