Can the DM's be targeted and can I include a web link or link to an ecommerce store? or is it only allow @Instagram name or acct type of link in the DM message?

how many sources are generally required? Also is it possible to go deep with a specific audience rather than alot of pages? For example if you were promoting a cover of an artists song, and the original artist had millions of followers, could you target just that persons followers or would you need multiple pages?

In this specific case, yes, you could probably get good results targeting one specific account, of course.

I thought lately IG just tighten up the Mass DM ... Is your services still available? Cause 2 seller that I know are out of biz once IG implement these...

Yes, still going strong. They did kill most of the group DMs, but we never did that anyway.
