Nobody is going to tell you which offer is converting best, you need to test it yourself, check crakrevenue for offers.

You can try german SOI Offer but you have to go through test of traffic

okay @TheVigilante the network I will suggest will be revolutionforce (dot) com

I am using it for long time and I've some of my friends working for them.

They don't shave like lospollos, imonetizeit and crakrevenue.

it totally depends what kind of adult traffic you have?

Choose best network for you and ask your manager for a top converted offer list for type traffic you currently using. Manager could provide you info about EPC from other affiliate, that can help you to choose right offer, but this does not guarantee that your performance will be the same, all individually. S you need to test, definitely.
