I have number of sites hosted on hostgator shared plan,
I want to migrate to Namecheap VPS , the reason is slow loading speed in hostgator
I use paid traffic in my websites also SEO traffic
What do you recommend? What is your experience with Namecheap VPS so far?

I recommend WPX. Other than registering cheap domains, I would stay away from Namecheap

The best thing that a webmaster would ever do for his websites is to opt for VPS (before dedicated server ofc).
Absolutely nothing can't beat high-end tuned VPS, you can add a 5$/mo CDN (bunny.net) and you are set.
(of course you will have to tune it alone or hire sys-admin for 1 hour).

Now can't speak for Namecheap because they don't mention what CPUs and SSDs they are using but would always prefer it versus "wordpress hosting" which is basically shared hosting +litespeed + cdn with 500% pumped price.

Depending on you budget you may want to take a look over Siteground first year offers.

Nah, they are really bad to me.
Why does it have to be Namecheap VPS?

if you go vps make sure you do a KVM server and not an openvz. With openvz you will be in the same spot you are with the shared server and it being over sold
