Best Bulk Cold Emailing Solution 2021

Yes, read the Boron Letters by Gary Helbert, the best book on copywriting according to me and a lot of copywriters worldwide.

You'll like it, that's a bible.

+1 for the Boron Letters.

Take a look at Ben Settle's monthly direct newsletter as well.

I've not been mailing for about 4 years now so my advice may be a tad bit old-fashioned. But I do miss the stack.

So :

My setup allowed us to do an avg of 150k/hour after a slow 7 month training and ramping up cycle.

Stack consisted of :

- SOA Announcing DNS server located as far away from my local dc.
- Rented a subnet. (1024 ips)

- Instead of automating your mailer to split the outgoing emails among different ips, I
found it more reliable to instead, automate the IP DNS responses to transparently
split the load.

- Be unforgiving. Keep aside 10 to 15 ips for throwing away. Use them aggressively. Most will be caught on SpamCop or some other spam. bl. The goal is to create IP history for the entire subnet and slowly increase the reputation.

- Use PowerMTA + perl for the dns / config automation / rotation

Yes, if you haven't been doing email since 4 years, your advice is ...old fashioned.

Sending 150k/hour... Really ? That's fucking spam and guess what ? This is the perfect way to land in spam, by spamming.

Again, there are hundreds of engineers and now machine learning algorithms working each day to detect this kind of sending systems. That sucks, stop doing shit.

You won't get more than 20% open rate in the long rate by doing this, or if you do, you're in the 0,01%.

If you need to send 150k emails per hour to make sales, that simply means you're bad at marketing / copywriting / sales OR your product / service is shit.

My advice is you get better at marketing / copywriting / sales and sell a better product / service.

Just send from Gsuite Accounts and stop sending that much emails. Do split testing and make your copy better.

Actually, G does not care at all. I can land in full spam on one domain and get 75% open rate on another one, on the same G suite.

We're talking of 200 / 250 max emails sent per day per email address. And I use only one email address per domain, so 200 / 250 emails per domain per day.

If I need to send more volume, I buy a new domain, create a new email address on it and send 200 more per day. But if I do so, I change the content between the two senders. You don't want to send the same email content from two different email accounts.

You got your answer :)

For confirmation, if I want to send 4000 emails per day I need 2 domains/emails on 1 Gsuite account and send 2000 per domain/email. I got this right?

Someone told me on reddit I need multiple G-suites to send 2000 per 1 G suite.

Yes, you can have two domains, 1 email per domain on the same G suite and send 2k per email/domain. But sending 2k per day on one email / domain is too high according to me, you will land in spam after several days / weeks. I'm talking about cold emailing, if these emails are opt-in, that's OK but I bet you're doing cold outreach.

The guy on Reddit is wrong. But maybe he tells this because when you're on a brand new G suite, you can't send 2k per email straight away. You have to force a payment and get at least 10 users or something like this, some guy told about it earlier on this post I think.

Anyway, if you want to have good results, send less emails per day per domain and warm up the email accounts before and during the campaigns.

This thread is pure gold. I need to do link building so I'll be using this as a reference guide in a few days.

I never said 1 Gmail account. 1 account can send out 100 or 150 if you are lucky, but let's keep it realistic and say 50 per day.

That means you need 2k accs for 100k emails daily. Though I would give accs 24h rest to keep them safe so 4k accs. (2k sending day A, 2k sending day B)

Problem solved.
Hello Everyone,

I use G-Suite/Gmass and I safely mail about 1,950 emails per day. Now I've warmed up this account starting out slow, like 50 emails a day for a few days then 100 for a few days, then 200, then 400, then 600, then 1,000. Eventually you can mail up to 10,000 messages per day but it takes a while to get there. Also, there;s nothing stopping you from creating several accounts to mail 50k-100k per day. All of those accounts will need to be "warmed up" as well.

Yep, that is correct.

How many emails/domains are you using to send?
How many emails are you sending per 1 email/domain?

Your way of sending works well : G Suite x Gmass and using several accounts. But sending 2k (or 1950 as you say) per account daily is too much to keep long term great open rates (60% +). Sending less than 500 per account daily is better, and 200/250 max is ideal.

And yes, warming up the accounts is really important. And, again, not only before the campaigns, but also during the campaigns to balance your activity with constant positive engagement (where mailreach plays a strong role)

Im interested in your service, need massive emailing from gmail accounts, B"X

I know it's out of scope here, I'd appreciate some tips/tricks with adding email contact to the body of message on craigslist? I appreciate any tips/tricks with it.

You can't send that huge quantity of emails and expect good results.

Do you want to send A LOT of emails or do you want to grow your business ? Because that's different.

I think you want to grow your business, and if you want this, you have to be efficient.

That's way better to send less emails and get higher open rate, click rate and reply rate than spamming like this.

To golden rule to land in inbox and get good results with email is to act as human as possible.

And sending that much is not human, so you will get 10% open rate maximum and burn IPs and domains so fast so you'll need to always get new IPs / domains, and that's really shitty / not efficient.

If you want get a strong deliverability :
- buy several domain names
- create one email address per domain
- max 200 emails sent per day per email address
- generate high engagement on each email account / warm up with Mailreach or another tool.
- personalize the content
- add delay between each email sending, the higher the better.
- write a good copy.

agreed with here, if you do that you are going to get insta shadow banned

I use a custom sending tool but for tools on the market I recommend MailShake.

I've trained a close friend who now makes 15k / month selling cold email services. His setup is very simple :
- 1 G suite account
- Mailshake to run the campaigns
- Mailreach for the warm up and maintaining high deliverability

Interesting approach and real professional.

Do you close the deals for your clients too or do you just let the client get on the phone with the leads and close for themselves?

I let my clients close the leads themselves. I'm not a closer, I'm paid for my ability to generate a lot of leads.

You mentioned you use a tool to warmup your emails/domains which is Mailreach. You also said you redirect the email replies/leads to your client.

If I understand correctly Mailreach engages with your email address by sending and replying to your emails. How are you managing to not redirect the Mailreach warmup emails to your client?
Won't they get annoyed by these warmup emails?

Regards,

Regards,

That's not a problem at all. Mailreach gives you a custom code that allows you to filter the warm up emails. So you can set up a rule that says : redirect all emails to my client without emails containing "iej89-3" :)

That makes sense. Thanks.
By the way I sent you a PM.
