hay @Diamond Damien. it didnt work.

tried to pay through bhw without cc for vip, which you said i could
do using only a balance on my PP, it doesnt work.

still keeps asking for a cc to be added b4 payment.
request to continue manual payment to bhw and have my
vip year added manually again.
