The reason why it's taking more than 30 days than just 2 weeks is the watch hours are being deleted and not being counted. You need to change the promotion strategy and spread the views and watch hours among the videos and not just one video. If you're promoting it via Goggle Adwords, I don't think they are counting the views and watch hours. I'm giving you another 30 days and if you don't fulfill this order, I will have to ask for a refund. It shouldn't take this long as the point of buying your service is to get it monetized sooner.
