I'm getting multiple inquired from many agencies that they want to post their guest posts on my side. Currently I have around 10 request. They are willing to pay a considerable amount for these posts.
Should I go ahead with those posts?
Is there any negative SEO effect?
Each post has 1 client link and 2 authority links.

I have been reading about this, and I see that there are link exchange businesses with this way of doing it.
I see it suspicious, because you do not know what links the guest will put you

Having a few sponsored posts won't hurt but if you start posting do follow links to a lot of new or no traffic websites, it might get suspicious.

I have a site for this.
I do no more than 1 sponsored post to 3 non sponsored posts, usually I aim for like 1-9, spreads them out, doesn’t clutter up my site.

I require the following:
- they tell me the keyword the article is focused on.
- no sales articles, my site is informational, they must provide an informational post.
- they sign my statement of ownership to the post and pictures(if they include any).
- no spun garbage
- they sign my agreement of terms, which spells out that no links besides social signals can be built and a link on their site talking about the post. It includes what happens if they violate the terms.

treat it as a business, and you have less problems.

I turn away probably 20 requests for every 1 that I accept.

Yeah I think its okay if you do this in a limit. I am also thinking of selling guest posts from my real money website.

It's not hurts at all, just make them natural. content should be non promotional and informative.

go for it. how much are they willing to pay?

make sure that you ask for a minimum number of words. i would ask for a min of 1000 words.

Be careful if its a money site. make sure the content you're linking to is top - notch, i would also check the originality of the post... not to be taken lightly imo, i generally dont allow it unless im offered $150-200 a post (which happens) and then i tell tthem my rules... but i guess it also depends on how much ur site matters to u

As others have said..

Link to legit sites only
Niche relevant so it looks natural
Make sure content is good
No tier 2 blasting or link removed
Make sure most of your posts are not sponsored or you'll look like a link farm/seller/pbn
Don't accept spammy anchors (best cheap gym equipment etc)
Know that this might dilute your inbound link juice if you have more pages so some of your terms you want to rank for might dip

If the quality of the links is okay it won't cause a problem in my opinion. As for the limits I would go with 1 sponsored per 3-5 non sponsored. Choose the best offers.

Yes go ahead. But sometimes the price will go down after they have fully inspected your site
