Pay attention. I caught Shifter serving me non GEO selected IPs. They tried to pretend I was wrong, so when I provided proof they told me it was a bug and they were going to fix it. I told them I was spending $200 a month for US specific IPs and I want a refund and they refused saying I am past the 3 day money back period. What a crock.
Not only have I spent $200 for nothing, I have most likely sent signals to google that I am trying to SEO my properties in the US from IPs outside the US. Shifter sucks big time. They initially lied to my face and when I caught them with tier pants down they refused a refund. AVOID!

Hi can you take a look at my account? I have set it for US default and no other special settings but when I use the proxies I am seeing mongolia, hong kong etc.
I want only USA

Hi
I just used it directly in the browser with proxy omega to activate the proxy. See attached screenshot. I am not in the Philippines so the proxy is working. It's just giving me wrong country.

ok but I am paying you $200 a month to give me targeted proxies. If I wanted random proxies I could get that with your basic service. Can you flag this please to a manager to tell me how we go forward? This is damaging to my SEO work as I am supposed to be simulating visits from a local IP.

I want a full refund. You have sold me a product "not fit for purpose". I have spent the last month thinking I was sending Google American IPs when in fact I was visiting the maps from places like mongolia. Not only have you cost me $200 you have wasted countless hours of my time

As much as I would like to fully refund you, our services don't work like this. You're no longer eligible for a refund as the 3-day money-back guarantee has passed. I'm sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with our services and I've canceled the package so the membership won't be renewed. The proxies will still be active until their expiration date.
