I own 3 different accounts on Pinterest.
I am not heavily invested in this platform but still wondering what could’ve happened there?
If you happened to discuss this already I would appreciate a link to the thread.
Thanks

Any reason why that happened? Did anyone else experienced same thing?

I have the same strategy for Pinterest since I started it and I got millions of views monthly.
Now it’s down 80% month-to-month all of a sudden. There definitely must be a reason for that.

I also noticed that new pins dont going boom on pinterest, just gotting 20-30 per day impresions and no more per pin.
What is wrong?\
Is anyone getting traffic these days?

They probably cut free traffic to get people to pay for ads.

Like how Google drop new updates constantly and shuffle SERPs.

They will not notify you when they adjust the traffic allocation.
There are two situations.
1. You violated their policy
2. Flow distribution adjustment

Before April 2020, my image pin could get a lot of traffic, but after that, it dropped and more traffic was distributed to videos.

Sometimes this kind of sudden drop in impressions means that you have violated the rules. At this time, it is wise to disconnect the website domain name and observe the changes.

i just read an article they have a spam filter that is deindexing pins

search the big G "pinterest low traffic" there are people that are contacting support and being removed from the filter! im afraid to ask them LOL no way!
