[Ask] How to Find Keywords For Adwords?

Hi all nice people

I really need help from Adwords Masters here in BHW

I want to promote 'hair transplant' from a merchant. And i want to use Adwords. So i begin my keyword research to find keywords i will use on Adwords.

Because i want to promote 'hair transplant' i put in Wordtracker 'hair transplant' (2 words) and it comes up with all keywords containing these 2 words: 'hair' and 'transplant'.
They are like these:
connecticut hair transplants
hair transplant surgery
new york hair transplant for men, etc.
And i can put them in my adgroups as broad, phrase, and exact right?

Now i put in only this word: 'hair' (1 word) and wordtracker comes up with all keywords containing this word: 'hair'.
They are like these:
short hair styles
bridal hair styles
wedding hair styles
how to curl hair, etc.
My main keyword is 'hair transplant' (2 words) and the above keywords don't contain 'hair' and 'transplant'. But at least they contain the word: 'hair'.
My question is: can i use them as my keywords in my adgroups (as broad, phrase, and exact)? Is this allowed by Adwords?

The same question goes to the word: 'transplant' (1 word). Can i use the result wordtracker gives me when i put in: 'transplant'?

Please help me out with your kowledge and experience. I'm very confuse.

Sure you could use any keywords you like. That's fine with adwords ToS. But you may disappointed with your results if you use keywords that broad. I would recommend tightly knitted keywords that tail off on "hair transplant".

Cheap Hair transplant surgery
Hair transplant quote california
hair transplant physicians in [location]

And you could also geo-target specific areas for keywords with locations:
Detroit Hair transplant
Chicago hair transplant, etc.

I want to use content network, not search network.

This is like when we want to promote computer games.
Can we use 'computer forum' as the keyword in our adgroup?
It doesn't contain both words: 'computer' and 'games'. But at least it has 1 word from our main keyword 'computer games'. And that is 'computer'.
Well, can we use it? is it allowed by Adwords?
What i worry is when Adwords sees this as a violation or something.
Imagine that you place this keyword 'computer forum' in your adgroup but your text ad says:

Computer Games
Choose from hundreds of
Computer Games. Free Trial.
http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/white-hat-seo/www.computergames12345.com

Note that there is no 'computer forum' mentioned. Is that OK with Adwords?
Why do i want to include this keyword in my adgroup? well, who knows someone from computer forums out there is having a good day and want to buy this computer games when he/she sees my ad?

Here's a tip I was taught:

Start with 10-20 adgroups, each of which represents a slightly different theme. With a content network campaign, Google will look at the keywords in each adgroup, along with the ad copy and the landing page, and give your adgroup a theme. It will then go out and place your ads on web pages it think are relevant to that theme.

On the Content Network, the quality score for your ads is specific only to the web page it is on, and does NOT affect the rest of your adgroup or campaign.

Forgot to mention that the tip above is if you set up a Keyword Targeted campaign in your Adwords account. Not a Placement Targeted campaign, as most Content network campaigns are.

First of all eager88 adwords will is ok with whatever keywords that you trow at it. As long as you are paying for them. For example, you can do a campaign for a computer based product with the word "hair transplant" (highly not recommended).

But the whole point is that the people looking for "hair transplants" won't be looking for computer related products. And that's pretty much the gist of it.

Eager88 although "computer forums" may be related to "computer game" yes you will get traffic. But chances are you will be getting people who are not interested in buying computer games which I think is just a waste of money.

If you spend a lot of money bidding on something general like "hair transplant" you'll get clicks, but it is gonna be tough to turn a profit.

Adwords is rough. Start small, with tight ad groups that you keep close watch on, and aim for words that are more likely to bring about action like "hair transplant review" (indicates someone is seriously thinking about it) hair transplant in los angeles, etc, etc.

Agreed, people get slaughtered with Adwords, so budget and don't put in more then you cant afford to lose, because as a noob chances are very likely that you will rack up your daily $ quickly.
