To understand 4g IP Ban

Hello, I have a question and I would like to see if anyone knows how to answer.

I’m using 4G of local cellular networks, so 4G networks are the same I think.

Let’s say my IP1 4G is 192.65.44.16
IP2 4G is 192.65.75.20

Does instagram realize that they are from the same network and considers this as the same ip?

No, IG will see them as two different IP's if you are talking about your public IP address, not local one.
 
They can't ban all mobile network IP class :D. You have to hide your footprints (mobile devices, mac, cookies, etc)
 
They can access nearby cell towers and of course your IPs. They know much more than you would think of - your real question is : do they give a fuck about it ? For some details yes. For some other fingerprints, not that much.

On a side note, they probably also know how many socks you got in your drawers, it's scary.

lol u cant hide everything so they will still detect the only way to not to be detected is a new phone and a whole new location period

You are very wrong with this, if one uses 4G as proxy, it's not possible to detect local network IP, so answer is till no - they can't detect you and of most they can sniff packets and determine if you are using 4G as proxy for the most and only if you use different OS for handling your proxy that one you use to connect to the service.

I have deep knowledge of how to build undetectable automations & DIY proxy setup of 20+ modems that works on most social media platforms, including instagram, facebook and twitter. So if you have something more than "youre wrong", then please explain a bit more, because then my networking knowledge is absolute shit and I would love to learn something new.

They can't ban a mobile IP. The mobile IP you have now, in one hour or so will be passed to another person and so on. That's how mobile networks work, this is why mobile proxies are so valuable because they can't get banned.
 
Just to chip in: always remember that there are other ways to identify you, besides your IP. Usually websites to go to the lengths to do this, but it is possible.
