Yeah, couldn't agree more. It should have a lot of settings that the user could play with.

It's Android, I would say it gives more info to Instagram than Jarvee does so, in my opinion, no.
Also, it's way more harder and expensive to manage/scale

Never heard of one for mobile devices. Jarvee+4G is an efficient tool if you want to get over f/unf and save some time.

Why not use already built one?
The limits are same. It's not based on device it's based on limit mostly but also holes.

The most recommended place is to do it from a computer, although even so I have heard of people who have managed to have good control with custom apps since most of the applications to follow are sh*t.
