I decided to seek some help for people who use crypto payment Processor CoinPayment

I did use this guys in the past, but seem like now they are broke!

Saw a post the other day, I had LTC & BTC balance with them. I decided to withdraw.

The LTC balance arrived in 15 minutes, very fast.
After it arrived, I withdrew BTC.

The amount I had is 0.2 BTC, I know it's not much, but they are not paying me. I waited 3+ days, the status was PENDING.

Now I have a "CANCELLED" status. Today, they cancelled my withdrawal after waiting so much.

I e-mailed them and they said that for my account, BTC withdrawals or conversions are disabled, until further notice and proof of BTC source. I was providing web hosting services through their platform.
Seems like their BTC account is empty. That's it.

Happening with many other people:
https://www.trustpilot.com/review/coinpayments.net
They appear to be keeping BTC transactions for themselves saying that they are underpaid, on the other hand they are not issuing people's money - only BTC in this scenario.
I asked for my wallet key, they refused to provide it. The account (BTC address) where my clients paid invoices is empty on https://explorer.bitcoin.com/btc - i tried to track where did they go and appears they were exchanged for Monero

What is this bullshit? Are they broke or their BTC account is empty?

I can live with this, but if you hold BTC with them you should pray you get your money, before this becomes a problem for all of their users.

They are a crappy company. They even steal customers payments if they do not get confirmed within like 24hours (can't exactly remember the timeframe) .

If you check the link from trustpilot they do this for all payments that are like 200 euros or less. When this ocur to you? Maybe you can post some proof here so people avoid them?

i have a pending withdrawal for BTC too, waiting more than 2 weeks already, but i have high beliefs in them... i will email their support team and update about the situation.

Have you completed KYC process? I'm using coinpayments for over half of the year and had no problems with withdrawals.

On the other hand, I never kept more than $500 with them and lately switched BTC payments to blockonomics.co

This is the 3rd or 4th negative thing I've heard about CP in a week and I'd never heard of them before that.

Do due diligence on platforms in the crypto space before you use them - these guys seem like dogshit and there are plenty of alternatives.

It happened few years ago. I warned people on BHW when I see posts about CP. It wasn't a big amount like yours but I'm pretty sure a good company wouldn't do something like that even if it is a small amount.
Since that day I don't use them. Even couple of days ago I contacted a seller who uses CP and paid him directly without using CP.

This is serious crime. Yet coinpayments still popular among other options with their multiple currency

Someone else also reported the same problem here with same site.
