If you're referring to the thread, what you posted in the HaF section, you can't reply there, even if it's your own thread, only VIPs can reply to HaF threads: https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/rules-posting-in-hire-a-freelancer.951769/.

You started that thread in the wrong section though, because it's a question, not an actual job offer.
