Can a cryptocurrency wallet be 100% secure?

Nothing in life is 100% safe
You can get really really secure with a paper wallet if you are at that level of paranoia.
I agree, but you always want to secure your assets as much as possible.

Even hardware wallets aren't 100% secure so I suppose the answer is NO.

Try buying a junk pc, do not connect to the internet, generate a private key and address, write it down, ( NOT PRINT ) and destroy your junk pc completely. That is the closest you can get i think

I tattoo my private key on my back years ago. I forgot it but I don’t want anyone to know it. It’s 100% safe

I use Electrum - good wallet, if you download it from the right place, it will stay safe. Put it on a device with FreeBSD or other strong operative system having no viruses and you will be safe.

Worst thing one can do - use a hot wallet on a windows machine.

In theory, no. Cryptos do not care who you are. All the blockchain cares about is the private key. Whoever owns the private key owns the money. If somebody could break your private key, (s)he has your money. So no, no wallet is 100% secure.

No it cannot, invest with risk in mind.

hardware wallet is the best choices if you want really secure or wallet that you hold your own priv key

The biggest security threat to crypto wallets are the users themselves.

I can say Ledger and Tezor is safest then the only Crypto Exchanges
