You should write content that relates to the offers that the CPA network has.

For example if the network has mostly gambling offers you should showcase gambling offer LP's or content.

You should start CPA with a strategy in mind. Plan your niche, source of traffic, landing page, offers etc. in advance. Most CPA sites ask for your strategy to approve you. So, it's better to understand the niche before applying.
