Manual doesn't mean you can't be blocked/banned.If you cross the Limits regularly with continous Action Blocks so it doesn't matter if you do it with Bots or Manual,You will still get Banned for it.

Did anyone of you had link in bio? Or no link? I got banned with low follow like 100 but I was doing jarvee and had link in bio. Thinking hows manual with bio working.

It's the jarvee that got you banned or the link itself. Or more exact, your use of jarvee.
I have my blog on bio and manually following 250 a day and unfollowing the same amount. The IG sends me a notice, I change IP and continue until I'm ready or another block is placed. I don't push the notifications any further.
The thing with automation is, the program might be doing a lot more than a human can/would and it sets the flag for your account. I have had 3 bots running and all they've got was asking for a phone number after I scraped too forcefully. I let them rest for a day or two and go again.
Trying to follow/unfollow on automation I can't do nearly as much as I do manually. Even from following from list, it gets noticed faster. Funny thing is, when I follow/unfollow manually I do everything in one session. Unfollow in the morning and follow in the evening.

If you do too many too often, you will get initially blocked and then suspended.

Last I checked you can manually only commit to 200 follows (or unfollows), 400 likes, and about 100 comments a day in general (feel free to correct me If my information is outdated).
If you have a relatively new account (less than 6-months old) it is suggested to pace these out (don't do them all at once) during the day and advisably do less than the limit.
Act like a human basically.

I usually do manual with 50 likes + 50 follows or unfollows (100 actions) per hour for 8 hours or so. I haven't really done comments. This has been working pretty well for the last 2 or 3 months. If anyone else has knowledge if I should do more or less feel free to chime in.
