How can i keep an ebay account open

I am trying to figure out how to keep an ebay account open. I am selling flatirons. The official stance by the company is they do not allow them to be sold on ebay. BUT THERE ARE ALWAYS 800 LISTINGS for these and people have been selling them for months. I get shut down with in a few days. Even when they have 50 plus feedback. there is a member on here that said he figured out a way to do it but will not tell me how. So i am asking everyone.

how come they're not allowed on ebay? One way of selling them is by saying your selling the box that the item is in. your not selling the flatiron but rather the limited edition box thats being sold. At least think in those terms.

The company says it brings their value down so they do not let their authorized dealers sell these on ebay. So according to them anyone on ebay that sells these are not authorized by the company.

if you don't name the company anywhere on it, and don't show the company name, they probably wouldn't find your account to shut it down

ok what about the picture. Can i have it in the picture? and do you think i will even sell them. The used might be an idea. i would only be able to sell one a day but it might work. I will take a hit in the price i get for them.

that's questionable. if the name isn't in the picture, you MAY get away with it. If that company is watching your account, probably not.

It's because they're all counterfeit. That is why they dont let you sell them. Hooky gear on eBay doesnt last long. Move into something else.

Does anyone have the link that will work on how to start a new account. I have moved so it is a new ip. i have a new computer. so new mac. i know i need a new name/bank account / not the same paypal. These last few though i dont know how i am supposed to do it. If i use a fake name thats illegal and how would i get the money out.

It shouldnt really be a problem selling the item if its second hand. Apart from that i think you would need permission from the company to sell them
