You mean website checkout is the best method?

If you already have a webshop in place you should go with website checkout. The native Facebook/Instagram checkout is currently only available in the US or Canada, so if you don't located in one or the other this method isn't an option.

I don't have much experience with the messenger checkout but it might be a good option for people who're selling digital goods. For me it was kinda pointless as Facebook is still asking for a according website during the setup.

Website checkout is good, but depending on what your product is setting up an ecommerce page is pretty easy. FB tends to like these more because you're using their platform
