Worst advice.. Never abuse the friends and family so easy for Paypal to detect you're abusing this feature and ban you for it.

Yeah that's my experience, my somewhat friend send me money because he has no paypal in their country so I send it and now when he received it he files disputes, he said to paypal he bought worth $1700 online and I never send the item when paypal arrive in their decision I lose even I send all the necessary receipt that I sent the money to westen union... Now my paypal business account was suspended... I want to make another one maybe make a new bank card again and verify with paypal, maybe a personal just for buying staff online.

But paypal wont recognized it, that's my only evidence that I sent the money to him... If I know I should never send him the money and scam him lol but its not the way I make money lol.
If I have time I will make a thread here and expose this guy if the MODS allow it and I hope he will ban if proved guilty, he is a member here, forgot the name but I can find him here. We have a conversation on skype and also his voice records telling me that I am his saviour lol...

1. Start slowly, it's better to use Paypal for purchases at first, but it's totally fine to sell something ( if personal acc - family and friends) ( if business acc - goods and services). the very best option is to sell something 5-20 USD on ebay, etsy or whatever...
2. Once you start getting sales or receiving funds IT IS A MUST TO UNDERSTAND - they determine your account on the average transactions size and volume. so if you are start getting 10 sales a day, even it's small amount - they may limit your account.
if you are getting 10-20 USD sales, 1-2 a day. it's fine as long as you don't start receiving much bigger than the average ex:2x-3x more than your average. if this happen on a huge volume between 10-20 USD sales it's fine as long as it not getting more often than 10-20 USD sales.
now, if you want to receive bigger and bigger payments, you must combine them and as I said "grow slowly"
growing slowly will allow you to avoid any limitation on your PayPal account and worth to mention - upload tracking numbers to be trusted by PayPal.

Increase the transactions gradually. If you start getting a lot of payments initially, it can cause unwanted attention.
It great to see a lot of people are asking these questions and its best to do so.. Personally I got banned years ago which left me with no choice but to operate with Stealth Account's. I have some accounts which have ran for years and others which have been limited followed by PP serving an account closure notice. (If your account gets closed, any funds in the account can be held up to 180 days, you can then expect it to be released/withdrawn to a Bank Account or another PP Account which I do not recommend.
There's lots of information out there, but some of the things that I have been doing over the years that have worked great, someone can make use of it that's new to PP.

- If you have a new account, don't rush to receive money into it and when you do try to build it up with smaller transactions.
- When you receive funds into your account, don't rush to Withdraw it / Send it.
- If you can, try to log into the account with the same Computers/Tablets/Mobile Phones.
- Try to avoid Family & Friends Payments, they get picked up fairly quickly that lead to account limitations and requests for Identity Proofs and Address Proofs.
- Use your PP as if its your Bank Account, erratic behaviour leads to detection.
- Finally, in the early days, don't change emails addresses, phone numbers, address and so on.
